The program 2-month Cultural and Linguistic Immersion and Education Study Tour organized in Canada.
Adequate Training and Orientation for TFWs (temporary foreign workers for low-wage salaries).
It’s important to provide appropriate onboarding, additional language training, and support to help TFWs adjust to the Canadian work environment. This may include job-specific training, safety protocols, and introducing them to workplace policies. Employers are responsible for ensuring that TFWs have the knowledge they need to work safely and efficiently.
This program will help employers such as:
(1) Providing additional knowledge about English language and Canada culture.
(2) Allowing these TFWs to live and work more comfortably with coworkers and employers in Canada.
(3) Reducing the burden of airfare, visa fees, and other processing fees under the LMIA regulations because these TFWs have arrived in Canada legally and are ready to work, and we will not charge you an additional service fee for recruiting TFWs.
(4) Facilitating employers to pick TFWs up easily from the training site or another location where we can reach an agreement after training.
